This will be an informative meeting for Grants Committee Members about the site visit phase of the grant selection process. The goal of the site visit is to help us make the difficult decision of narrowing down grant proposals to the final two proposals in each interest area that will be presented on the membership ballot this spring. During this education session we will discuss the ins and outs of site visits: What is our main purpose for a site visit? How do we conduct them? How do we present information to our interest area committee after the visit.
Paid registration before 5:00 pm on Friday, February 2 includes boxed lunch choice of turkey or vegetarian sandwich. We encourage all attendees to bring their own water or beverage container to help limit waste.
This meeting will be in-person; however, any Grants Committee members who are unable to attend will receive meeting materials after the session.
